This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Kyle made it a great and easy experience. He was very knowledgeable on the NSX that I ended up purchasing from him, which was a great dealership and Kyle made it a great and easy experience. Recentlly bought a used 2020 4 Runner from Mcgrath Acura. with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from the sales team that suprsied me though 1) Asked for a second Key/Fob which they could not provide and ended up costing me over $500 for another...YIKES 2) I went to use the Crusie Control about 5 miles from Dealer and Turns out the Vehicle had prior CARFAX issues not realyed to me with Cruise control/Radar problems, bumper renoved and serviced by Classic Toyota in Oct 2023 and weeks before my purchase. So after 4 times to my local Toyota dealership here in Benton harbor they have basclly givein up on how to fix the DASH that is now lit up and Crusie not Working. and an inveament of $450 more repairs of which is still was not fixed and another $900 estimates to reprogram and fix now at a BODYSHOP in March 2024. So yes I am not only stuck but very confused why/how this would of happened 3) took over 2 hours to Close the transaction...very long process . Marty Mason More
