My salesman so many times before in my long life. However, this was completely the opposite! Mazda in Crystal Lake could not have been more pleasant! My salesman, Daniel, was THE nicest-and most patient-young man I could have hoped for. We had communicated a few times by text prior to my meeting him. He was delightful in person. The car I saw online was the car I saw in the dealership and the keys I turned over for my trade were not "held hostage". I was in and out within TWO hours. Every single person I encountered was unfailingly pleasant. The sales manager, Nico, was a gem and the finance guy, Mike, was the biggest surprise. Talk about efficiency and NO HARD SELL. I would not hesitate to buy another Mazda from them or refer anyone to this dealership. I absolutely love this place. :-) I was very happy with the entire experience. More
