I have been really impressed with the service since the upgrade of the building. Staff are nice and actually communicate. Have not had good service prior to the uggrade, but so far I've been impressed. Too upgrade of the building. Staff are nice and actually communicate. Sitting in the floor board. I will have them reattach next time I am in. I love the appointment confirmation text and the guy I always deal with at check in/checkout. He is fabulous. I don't recall your name sir, but you are pleasant and kind. Always appreciate seeing you are working when I come in. More

I have been waiting well over 10 months for my exhaust manifolds to be fixed after an order mistake, my back window leaked and supposedly was fixed, it was not. My mirrors had issues- one replaced, the next replace with the wrong paint color which I insisted they remove. Still waiting on all of those correct parts to come in. Needless to say my experience with Dellen has not been anything I would rave about or recommend anyone to. It’s sad that when I call, I’m either put on hold or sent to voicemail in which I never receive a call back. I honestly would never buy from this facility ever again nor recommend to anyone. More

They are nice people and communicated well. They were informative and I knew what I was agreeing to and how much things were going to cost. However, if you have an older vehicle with issues They were informative and I knew what I was agreeing to and how much things were going to cost. However, if you have an older vehicle with issues (mine is a 17-year-old Town & Country) they will just want to throw a bunch of new OEM parts on it until the problem is fixed without trying to actually diagnose what the problem is. I wouldn't advise taking an older vehicle to them to be worked on, unless you absolutely know what the problem is. I just spent $900 on a new ignition system with them to try and fix some MAP and misfire error codes that I couldn't figure out at home, but the exact same issues and error codes still persist on my van after their repairs. They said they fixed the misfire issue, but after driving it around a bit, the misfire codes have returned and the van still does not run correctly. I am just really disappointed that the Mopar experts couldn't actually diagnose what the error codes were. Why couldn't they test the ignition system first and realize that it was just fine before recommending an entire new one? My mistake and shame on me for hoping they could help without spending thousands of dollars on replacement parts. I should have asked more questions and had them do more in-depth testing.
