My wife and I commented to ourselves several times that the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and nice normal people . It made the process of buying a car not something you dreaded or the feeling you were trying to be taken advantage of . None of that ! Daniel was very good Aaron also very good and Sofia was calm , knowledgeable and quite lovely to deal with . She finalized everything nicely. Although we did not meet any dealer leadership this time it is evident that that are behind the scenes. A well trained professional staff just does not happen in its own So a happy customer we are . See you next time . Always a Jeep driver . 77 now started when I was 21 never drove another brand never will. Got my son and grandson into them as well. So thank you Route 18 Jeep !! More
