Excellent sales rep,very knowledgeable, very helpful in all aspects of the sale. Sales Manager very helpful and kind. The finance person who assisted us was very patient and informative. I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership, which began on the sales side and has unfortunately persisted on the service side as well. There seems to be no pride in work, nor qualit dealership, which began on the sales side and has unfortunately persisted on the service side as well. There seems to be no pride in work, nor quality-control procedures of any kind at this dealership. Getting in touch with a live human being is next to impossible, and response times are ridiculous. I’ve tried reaching out to the GM, but he-as expected-pushed me off on someone else, having never followed up with me again to check on the outcome. Said outcome has been terrible with additional damage sustained to my vehicle while in their care (cracked front windshield) and shoddy workmanship putting my front passenger in danger with a seatbelt that was not properly reinstalled after their 2nd attempt to fix a faulty sunroof seal. I could go on with many other details of poor service and mistakes that have been made, but I’m not sure anyone will ever even read this review so I won’t waste my time here. More

Screwed me over by not giving me the 90 day no payment. Received 0% interest but ofter 90 min of signing paperwork and told that my payment was due in 28 days was td that I should has asked for the 90 Day Received 0% interest but ofter 90 min of signing paperwork and told that my payment was due in 28 days was td that I should has asked for the 90 Day no payment. I made a formal complaint with Hyundai.com and spoke with the finance dept at store. Neither have resolved this issue. Recommend the other store in Broken Arrow. More
