These qualities were crucial for me in making a decision as a first time buyer. I felt Ryan was absolutely on my side, and I trusted he was guiding me in a genuine manner. Initially, I wasn't sure about vehicle, but I returned because of him. Danae and Heather were also great to work with. Danae guided me to Heather, who took me on my initial test drive. She was clear, genuine, and time efficient! She gave me all the information I needed and really sparked my interest in the vehicle. Patrick was a manager who we consulted with a few questions. He was very helpful and understanding as well, and I truly enjoyed working with him. Pricing was fair. In terms of choosing a warranty, it felt very pressured. More
