We had a very bad experience with a KIA dealer closer to home. I went on to Deland KIA 's website to see if I could figure out how to fix the mess with my 3-month-old brand new vehicle. I received a call fr home. I went on to Deland KIA 's website to see if I could figure out how to fix the mess with my 3-month-old brand new vehicle. I received a call from Dana told her what we had been through, she got Monica involved and between the two of them, they found a way help me into a much better deal with an upgraded new vehicle, with more options and an all-together better deal. I couldn't be happier. The customer service here is unquestionably by far better than not only the previous dealership, but better than any I have dealt with in the past. Thank you, Deland KIA, we'll be back soon for that vehicle for my husband! More
