Dropped my vehicle off for service. took a day longer than expected. When I picked vehicle up I inspected the work they did and it was sub par. Wires were laying across the exhaust they took a day longer than expected. When I picked vehicle up I inspected the work they did and it was sub par. Wires were laying across the exhaust they just replaced. Harnesses were left out of place clips were broken. The worst part was the studs that hold the exhaust in place were broke off. After finding these issues the dealership did absolute bare minimum to resolve the issue and keep me as a customer. I personally will not waste my time going back. More

Nye made the entire process from my initial visit until the time I picked it up very easy and timely. I was kept informed and the repairs were done better and $100 less than other shops. We were not prior customers but found ourselves in a bit of a problematic situation. NYE GMC promptly diagnosed the problem & had it fixed in a VERY timely manner. Communication was great!
