I can't tell you how relived I felt after we made our decision. Toyota of Wallingford made our shopping experience one of the best we have ever had. The exceptional customer service from all that assisted us made the experience all well worth it. The knowledge of information provided to use about this car confirmed our decision on buying the Toyota Prius. Just the piece of mind that Toyota stands by it's product providing 24 HR roadside assistance, lifetime oil changes and lifetime battery change. How can you beat that! Today, I purchased my third car from this dealership in less than 2 years- by choice. Two of them were new (2011 Toyota Venza base and 2013 Toyota Venza XLE) and one was certified used (2010 Toyota Corolla less than 2 years- by choice. Two of them were new (2011 Toyota Venza base and 2013 Toyota Venza XLE) and one was certified used (2010 Toyota Corolla LE). My purchase today was my second sale with Dan Roberts in less than in 2 months. If I had a reason to buy another car, I would definitely work with him again. I was not the easiest customer to work with (I am extremely demanding) but Dan Roberts was very patient with me and he got me EXACTLY what I was looking for at a price that I was willing to pay. No games- just the way I like it! I will be a repeat customer at Toyota of Wallingford for sure. Hopefully, I will have an opportunity to do business with Dan Roberts again but in the meantime, I will refer my friends to him when they are looking for a new car. More

In January, my husband and I purchased a pre-owned Toyota RAV 4. Dan, the sales person was wonderful, very helpful and answered all of our questions. We also had a very good experience with the finance person. She was patient and explained all of the financial aspects of our purchase. Today, March 15 we had our Toyota serviced for the first time. Unfortunately both my husband and I are very disappointed with the sevice person who answered our phone call. Do not have this person's name, but it was a woman. Both my husband and I called at different times during the day to find out how the car was. The person that we both spoke to was indifferent, almost to the point of being rude. When I called, got the feeling that I was "bothering" her. Along with the oil change, I wanted to know if there was any other issues with the car. When she came back on the phone, her answers was "it's finished". When I asked her again if there were any other issues, she stated after a long pause...."I would have to go back and ask" Don't bother I said. I hope this isn't going to be ongoing issues, because this will be the last time that we bring the car in for service in Wallingford. I haven't heard good things in general about the service department in general at this dealership and today the rumors proved to be true. Liesl and Jospeh Gargiulo More
