Purchased a 25 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in December 2024. Have had to bring the vehicle in multiple times for service. First issue was related to sunroof leaking water. I was without my vehicle for almost 3 Have had to bring the vehicle in multiple times for service. First issue was related to sunroof leaking water. I was without my vehicle for almost 3 weeks, no rental or loaner provided. I was told that they just have to wait for an approved tech to do the warranty work. A few thousand miles later, I started getting a "Service Shifter" error message. I brought the vehicle back in again. This time, they provided a very basic loaner, nowhere near my vehicle's comfort or features. Once again, it took over 2 weeks to get my car back as a part had to be ordered and then was backordered. I never received a call with updates. When I called to see what the status was and was informed the part was on backorder, the service rep seemed bothered I was calling and stated, "well don't you have a rental"? The dealership had my vehicle for over 1 month out of the first 10 months I owned. Very disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment that these are issues a brand-new vehicle shouldn't have in the first place, but also in the lack of urgency and empathy for the situation and their inability to communicate why service/repairs are taking so long. More

I don’t trust them. Had a terrible experience with a sales agent in 2020 & my last oil change there they didn’t top off fluids, but said they did! After the oil change you’re give a report of what was checked and done on the vehicle. While they claimed they checked my fluids on the report, my coolant was well below the Low line, my washer fluid was nearly dry, and it put a bad view of the shop. After the terrible sales experience in 2020, I went to the Bloomington Jeep and had amazing service. That’s typically where I take my Jeep for lil changes now, but used the Hopkins location because it’s closer to work. Moving forward, I will NOT use the Hopkins Jeep. Truly terrible location. Not to mention, it seems like anyone I’ve worked with there dislikes their job. Their customer service is a C at best. More

Sales manager said my repair on the van I just bought would take “a couple days”. After a week I called and was told by someone else we that anything in the body shop takes a week. After 11days I called would take “a couple days”. After a week I called and was told by someone else we that anything in the body shop takes a week. After 11days I called again and was told by the body shop that they only received it two days earlier. It was finally done after 14 days. During this time my husband and I repeatedly left messages for the general manager and sales manager and the calls were never returned. I finally reached the sales manager because he happened to answer the sales phone. This lack of service and disrespectful lack of communication was betond unacceptable. More

Mostly likely will not purchase another car here due to how the service department is. Poor communication. Carr arrives on the tow truck. Understood I couldn’t get a rental car on a Saturday but then told on Monday they can’t provide a rental car till it’s diagnosed and they can’t do that for seven days. I had that car for a month before it broke down. More
