Less than two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, there were some substantial issues found with the vehicle (it came from the Akron location) that were quoted to cost me $3500+. Dan Plumb stepped up and rectified EVERY issue and at NO cost to me. I was blown away and will NEVER forget what he did to make things right. Thank you Dan, what you did meant the world to me! I would return to this dealership again and again. The only thing I was unhappy about, was the value of my trade-in. However, the price of the new vehicle was reasonable!! More

I came in there with a fawn on my face thinking I will never get a care because all car dealerships are the same they get you all worked up thinking your going to get a car and then tell you we can not help you. Well let me just say these people are no way like that at all!!!!! Mr. Leroy is the best sells man ever!!!!!!!!! Mr. Dan and Brittany you are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My SA was Leroy whom is phenomenal throughout the entire process and after along with the staff from Dan to Jessica and so many others! The staff here really works as a team to get the job done.
