Super Customer Service Kelly is by far one of the best Salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Our first loan fell thru for reasons out of my control. When I found another vehicle Kelly is by far one of the best Salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Our first loan fell thru for reasons out of my control. When I found another vehicle I wanted it was 7pm and Kelly drove me to Bedord to pick it up and then went back to Cleveland to finalize paperwork and put me in my new SUV. She was patient and friendly and didn’t rush me out the door even though they were getting ready to close. She is professional but friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend her and North East Auto Credit to everyone. Oh and Dan was a huge help also! More
