Oct 13, '25 Service for a faulty electronic thermostat which the dealer had to keep my car overnight do to the part not being on the shelve. I've taken my vehicle multiple times over the years. Service and quality has gone down hill. It takes multiple trips in to get an issue fixed. I dont believe anymore when they tell me the techs check Service and quality has gone down hill. It takes multiple trips in to get an issue fixed. I dont believe anymore when they tell me the techs checked it. I have to take my vehicle in for a 3rd time to fix the issue their tech "cant replicate." I get it back and it immediately does the same thing. Its frustrating and annoying to have to spend days going back and forth and be down a vehicle for days only to have it not fixed. More
