I don't blame you for being frustrated. You've been back in on November 13th and again on December 22nd, rearranged your time, even skipped the rental the second visit - and you're still waiting on the correct, undamaged panel five months after buying the car. That's not the experience you should've had on something that should've been handled the first time. I'm going to make sure Dan, Dallas, and Derek see this and we get you a clear update and a real plan to finally get this taken care of.

But Randall, Brian, Dan, and Stephen don't build the vehicles, and it's tough to see the dealership take the hit with a 1/5 review when the issue started at the factory level. If there's something specific about your service visit - the pricing, timing, or communication - that we could've handled better on our end, we'd genuinely like to talk through it and make it right where we can.
