Terrible experience. Never, ever, ever have I had an experience as this. Taking my car in for service and then having a part fall off of my car, when I brought the car in to take care of that issue, to experience as this. Taking my car in for service and then having a part fall off of my car, when I brought the car in to take care of that issue, to then have me pay for the costs of repair for the technician's negligence. I would expect this from a chop shop, that charges $9.99 for oil change, not a large, supposedly reputable large dealership, from which the car was purchased, having just paid $200 for service, to have to pay another $300 for incompetence. The fact that the service rep, after speaking with management, having the audacity to assure me the tech did everything correctly and it's my fault the part fell off of the car, 1 day after having taken in for service. This car is a lease. Which, I was thinking of either purchasing, or getting a new car.... After this experience, I'm thinking of going to a more reputable dealership next time, which prides itself on customer service, experience, taking ownership of their mistakes over passing the buck onto the consumer. More

Their service department maintained my original Infiniti for 120k miles until it was totaled by another driver. I then looked around and bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. the purchase process wa for 120k miles until it was totaled by another driver. I then looked around and bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. the purchase process was easy and I was able to continue my relationship with my service advisor Dan. He is spectacular. He knows me and my car. I have had nothing but positive experiences for over 150k miles between the cars. More
