I've had my 2008 G37S serviced at INFINITI Roseville twice since moving to the area from San Jose. Both times, my service agent was Dan Chastain. He is a great service agent. Had my car in shop. One of the things I asked for was to check rear passenger tire as it was continually losing air. They belatedly checked it and said they couldn't fin One of the things I asked for was to check rear passenger tire as it was continually losing air. They belatedly checked it and said they couldn't find anything but that they didn't have a tire immersion sink to test for leaks, perhaps I should go to America's Tire and ask them to take a look (the car was in for other service) I purchased these tires from Rsvl Infinity in October 2023. So, I drive off and several miles later the tire pressure shows to be 27 lbs. They hadn't even put air in the tire. I called immediately, but you can neve get a service rep, only the voice mail of a person that I'm not even working with. I was told to bring in car at 9AM so that it would be ready by 1PM. It was reedy at 3:30PM and the tire had not been looked at. That was another half hour. This was Thursday. It's now Saturday and no one has called me back. Guess I'll go to America's Tire. I have had 2 QX 60's since 2015. I have previously been pleased with service dept. I NEVER take my car any where else, so it doesn't feel good to leave this negative review. More
