I picked up my new GLC 300 on Tuesday, August 13th. Jonny gave me a very comprehensive and worth-while training session on the car. His knowledge of the MBUX infotainment system is superb! My salesman Jonny gave me a very comprehensive and worth-while training session on the car. His knowledge of the MBUX infotainment system is superb! My salesman, Jay Tang, was great as well. I relied on him to get all the paperwork done on time and he even got my inspection done quickly. Sales manager Nick was very friendly and made us feel at ease. Thanks to Josue in finance for getting all my paperwork done quickly for the loan and being very friendly and courteous to me and my wife. I worked with Dan in parts to get the complete set of rubber mats for the car, and he was very helpful. More

When buying a luxury vehicle, there’s an expectation of great customer service. I have to say that Charles Scrymgeour and Jonny T Pham seriously went above and beyond at making my experience perfect. I am great customer service. I have to say that Charles Scrymgeour and Jonny T Pham seriously went above and beyond at making my experience perfect. I am a returning customer, having driven a leased vehicle for the last year a half, and loving so much of what Mercedes has to offer, Charles was an amazing asset in making sure that upgrading to a larger vehicle was going to fit all my needs for both my personal and business use. Charles was so Personable, available and willing to listen to all my plans and needs to make sure I ended up with the correct car, and best price. We really appreciated being able to bond with Charles over the mutual love for pets, and I felt like he truly had our dogs in mind with us as we thought about the amount of space needed for them in a new vehicle. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Jonny and Charles make a perfect team for giving a crash course in everything there is to know about a car with so much technology. This much new information, not only for myself but for my parents who were present, can be so so daunting and overstimulating. But not when Jonny is the instructor. He makes everything so simple, and is incredibly patient for those of us who are little technologically inept. I remembered working with Jonny with my last vehicle, and again, he WOWS at everything he does. He paid attention to so many details of the buying/pick up experience. He noticed my purple accessories I was wearing, and set the color of the interior LEDS to purple for me. He took the time to take amazing photos of myself and my family with the new car, including a great video. And, with my fear of damaging screens, he took the time to precisely, perfectly install a screen protector on the huge dash screen that extends from driver to passenger side of my GLE 350. I do live about 2 hours away from this location, and while there are a couple closer locations, I need to say that Jonny and Charles are worth making the trip to be greeted with familiar smiles, and people who care. More
