I sat at this office for 4 hours to complete a recall on my seatbelts. I had made an appointment specifically for this. They did not even have the parts to complete the work yet I still sat there 4 hours f my seatbelts. I had made an appointment specifically for this. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone call with updates the entire time. Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More
