Refused to honor a deal for 3 prepaid oil changes. I had received this coupon from the dealer expiring 12/31/2025. Service rep checked with management and said they had decided to not offer this deal I had received this coupon from the dealer expiring 12/31/2025. Service rep checked with management and said they had decided to not offer this deal anymore! This is after I am at the dealer with an appointment for an oil change.. Bad business decision. Also took almost 3 hours for an oil change! More

The service was impeccable. I was allowed to get a Lyft service from The dealership at their cost. This was very helpful that I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area. I adored my BMW x3-m40i BUT two years of BMW service took the joy out of it. Two hours for an oil change after 1/2 hours waiting to be ‘checked in.’ You check in outside then again inside.
