With regards to the dealership and its Phone System and attempting to schedule a service appointment, there were several occasions where I called and the phone system was not working correctly, and I would be kicked out after selecting the appropriate number to reach the service department. I don't know if this is because it was very busy and all the lines were occupied, but it repeatedly happened over 24 hour period. More
