I actually backed out of a deal in July 2021 because timing wasn't right for me but she did not take offense. When I felt ready in January 2022, she ordered me a new Tahoe RST and I took delivery on March 7. I feel very lucky to cross paths with Rio Vista and Daisy! We contacted many dealerships on the list before finding Daisy at Rio Vista. Her personality showed through immediately as she walked us through the process of finding our perfect car. This is a difficult time to find a car because of the ever increasing shortage of parts (massive computer chip shortage). She walked us through a new car build that was perfect for my Wife and I. Daisy is professional, gracious, courteous, and responsive(and any other positive adjective you can think of). If she was not available immediately to take a call from us because she was with another customer, never more than a few minutes past before she responded with a phone call, text or email appropriately. Pricing was WELL below anything we could find anywhere, and the overall experience was 5 STAR.
