Overall a very pleasant experience. Dylan was extremely patient, professional and provided all the clarity confidence and no xx . Finance team was very disappointed when I had to decline the extra 10k I'm other coverages. I almost rather pay the car with a credit card instead. More

I saw the ad for car rental, $3500 down and $300 per month for 36 months.. I ended up putting down $16,222 and getting $406 per month.. I thought it over and decided to buy the car. After having an appointment with a different salesperson we were changed to Dylan. The first salesperson, Christain was only there a week and it showed. We came in with the carfax of the cars we were int we were changed to Dylan. The first salesperson, Christain was only there a week and it showed. We came in with the carfax of the cars we were interested in seeing. After waiting over an hour for him to try to locate the cars, I went up to the desk and told them we now wasted over an hour and were leaving with never seeing a car. Natty asked us to give them a chance and she would make the numbers work herself. All of a sudden he came back with one of the cars we wanted to see. He could not find the others?? Really??? We test drove them and another car was found for us to test drive. In the mean time he wanted my grandson to fill out a credit application without even having a car to see. We had another appointment to see others cars and left. Before we left we were asked by a Roberto what they could do to earn our business. At this time there was nothing. We went back later that evening and was introduced to Dylan. We negotiated the car, Natty did not make the numbers work at all. All was done was the fee for some kit that is useless was reduced. That is not working with us. Luis also was involved with the negations along with Roberto. I told them from the start we were not going to do the back and forth game. They price of the car was higher then we wanted, they refused to work with us. At one point they were going to reduce it by 650.00 but then refused. We started the credit application and was told it would not take long, it was already after 9:00 PM. We went to see Ramon in finance after that, at that time I wanted to return the next day and asked them to save the application. I was told by Luis they could not do that and it would need to be started all over the next day. At this time we were pressured by Luis to complete the sale. We drove off with the car after 11:00 PM. When we got home we discovered there was no trunk mat in the car, the car was dirty from liquid being spilled in it and trash in the back. The registration from the previous owner was still in the glove box, the contact list and phone were still there also from the previous owner. This all should have been taken care of before selling a car. The upholstery was dirty and we were told by the first salesmen it would be cleaned. We asked Dylan about that and he said not that is not done. The next day we had to go back for what should have been done originally and waste more time at the dealership. Obvious the car was not prepared properly. The salesman need to educated on what is done and what is not done. THIS IS WHY THE LOW RATING AND I WOULD NOT REURN TO THE DEALERSHIP.
