Information was forthcoming, price estimates were provided on the spot, as well as a trial of a car. No pushiness at all, just customer friendly information. Dominic is an excellent owner, making sure that all of his customers get a quality experience, and Lena is an incredible saleswoman who constantly kept in contact with me about the details of my car (a 2012 Ford Focus). Andres helped us finance the car and gave us a rate that not a single bank was able to give us before coming to the dealership. This is a wonderful staff and I fully intend on buying all future cars from them, especially since they were just as excited I was for finding the perfect car! We came into the dealership on a whim, hoping to find a suitable used vehicle. From the first moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Dominic who welcomed us and set us up with Lena to be our sales suitable used vehicle. Lena listened to our needs and promised to find us the perfect car. We had only left the dealership and within minutes, we received a phone call from Lena saying a trade in vehicle was due in within the next week or 2 that matched our criteria. She notified us when the vehicle came in and the dealership arranged for someone to drive it to a place convenient to me during the workday for a test drive. It was shiny and clean and just as promised. We made an appointment to come into the dealership to purchase the car the next weekend. As with the initial visit, we were greeted by Dominic who introduced us to Andres, the gentleman in charge of the financial and paperwork matters. He was knowledgeable, proficient and friendly and helped us to get a better auto loan rate than we had been able to procure on our own. Papers were drafted and signed and we were shown our car, which had been shined up and appeared to us just like a brand-new vehicle! We were given little bags of fun "goodies" (e.g., Ford travel mug, etc.) and the whole dealership seemed to share in and enjoy our excitement with our new Ford Focus! Next time anyone asks us where to go to purchase a new or CPO vehicle, we will be sure to send them to Stamford Ford/Lincoln! More

This is our 3rd lease with Stamford Ford. Lena has been most helpful from day one. We have had 2 edges and now an escape. She understands our needs and our limits. Gus too! My deal wasn't simple as I had 3 trades and 2 new truck purchases. Don as well as the finance manager Andres handled everything effortlessly. To cap off my experience when all was said and done Domininc Franchella, the owner of the dealership, approached me thanked me for my business and provided me with his direct number if I ever needed anything else. I have never had an excellent experience buying a car - typically, I hate the process and the sales pitches. I enjoyed working with Stamford Ford and greatly appreciated their honesty, flexibility and personal touches and accommodations. The sales consultant, Judith greeted us immediately upon entering with a welcoming smile and great customer attentiveness. PJ (sales rep) made us feel comfortable by providing us with everything we requested and some - he was great and truly a stand-up guy. The GM & store owner also made appearances and thanked us for our business - which was another wonderful touch. Overall the team worked well together and really made the experience pleasant - even our daughter enjoyed herself, which blew us away! We will return to Stamford Ford again for our next vehicle! I had serious problems with my 2012 Ford Focus that could not be resolved by service. I was honestly despairing, until Barry and Dominic stepped in and really went outside the box to come up with a creative not be resolved by service. And that is exactly what they did. I've never seen someone in the position that Dominic is in step up the way he did. He absolutely stands behind his cars and cares about his customers. And you cannot find a more caring, dedicated, and determined salesperson than Barry. I cannot recommend him enough - if you are looking for a Ford, he is THE person to go to. Trust me. Tony made the paperwork easy, and almost fun. As fun as that sort of thing can go, anyway. I feel like I started a lifelong relationship today, when a week ago, I was out of my mind over the problems with my car. These are great people who want to create those relationships and did a well above expected job of it today. More
