3rd time I’ve taken my truck to have the oil changed in it and it’s the 3rd time they’ve put the wrong oil in it. The first time they put 0W-20 in it, John said it was correct but even my oil cap says othe it and it’s the 3rd time they’ve put the wrong oil in it. The first time they put 0W-20 in it, John said it was correct but even my oil cap says otherwise. After having it for an hour the 2nd time they put 5w-30 in it. They took it back and after another hour they had corrected it. The third time after having it for 2 hours this time they managed to put 0W-20 in it again. John said everything was good and ready to go once again. More
