He is very personable and willing to spend time with the buyers to familiarize them with all the features. He escorted us from buiding to building when it was time to finalize the sale, and he waited patiently for us. And we really appreciated his bringing bottles of cold water. Mr. Whitfield is the perfect salesman. He knows his product well and is courteous and pleasant with the buyer who is making the decision to buy or not. Finances, picking the right vehicle and being stubborn are usually enough to discourage me from enjoying a buying a car but D’Aundre was incredibly patient and honest with me. He always kept “what was best for me and the family” as the focus and now has sold me my last two vehicles. When I had to buy a new car unexpectedly after mine was in an accident D'aundre showed me several cars, helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. He never rushed me or pressured me into a sale. He even entertained my 3 year old who was over looking at cars! After I bought my car D'aundre took the time to show me all the bells and whistles, connect my phone, and even set my favorite radio stations. First new car in 18 years! After visiting several other different dealerships my husband suggested we stop by the GMC Dealership....which turns out just started carrying Buicks. Our sales person was so sweet and patient....I was sure I wanted to look at the GMC autos and D'Aundre road several cars telling me about them even though it was getting late. He then showed me the Buick Enclave and again test drove it with my husband and I. I was immediately so comfortable and in love with the Enclave! The patience and welcoming attitude made finding the right car from the best people easy......even D'Aundre stated as soon as I test drove the Enclave he could tell it was perfect for me because I could not stop smiling!
