Couldn’t have asked for a better experience I called the dealership and spoke to Katrina at 7:30 pm asking if they had an all black Denali XL. Making a friend This is my first time buying a truck from a “real” dealership and I have bought maybe 5 cars from used car dealership and all of them were the same, “ This is my first time buying a truck from a “real” dealership and I have bought maybe 5 cars from used car dealership and all of them were the same, “trying to make a sale”. D’Aundrea at at GMC-Buck on Military HWY did not come of as if he was “trying to make a sale” or put me into just anything to make his money mark. He did not push anything on me. D’Aundrea took his time to get to know me as a person and try to help me with what my goal was and by doing so, I would say that I have made a friend instead of just meeting a sales representative. He took his time and did not push me on anything that my father and I was uncomfortable with doing. He also aggravated my goal by putting me in the truck of my dreams! GMC-Bucks motto is “Southern hospitality” and I truly believe that he does, by just stopping and being human for a moment and taking the time to getting to know his customer. D’Aundrea and his crew are truly sales representatives by just taking their time and helping and just listening to my goals. I had left this dealership with not just a truck but also help with other things too! I left with also a friendship with not just D’Aundea but people I can count on!
