We had many issues to be addressed with the vehicle and we had no idea we were getting on a roller coaster. Number one, after complaining about lack of follow up from Justin, Craig thought it was a good idea to put us with him anyway. The updates were few and far between and circle jerked like he forgot what he told us the time before. For instance, the mirror has been installed but the tech says when it folds there is a concern with the wires so we need to keepp it until Monday to finish it up, then Monday comes and Justin calls back to say how much he hates to promise a customer for the exact return because when they opened the box for the mirror to install it they discovered it was a mirror to a grand Cherokee and not a Wagoneer. We are a month into this now! We finally are contacted to pick up the car only to review all of the concerns with multiple issues left unattended and we must leave the vehicle again, but they forgot to extend the rental so enterprise charged us $200 unexpectedly to our personal debit card. We still have in fixed issues and more work to be done but we will never return to this dealer for service or purchase ever again! I could story tell much more in between but you get the gist of this service failure! More

The vehicle has been serviced three times now for the same problem. Throughout this process, communication with the service manager has not been consistent it often takes days to receive a response, poss same problem. However, if the service had been done correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have had to bring the vehicle back two additional times. The service manager, Craig, has been very responsive and helpful, doing his best to get the necessary parts and complete the service on time. However, I still have to return because the carpet has not been installed properly. As of now, I have not been given a date for when it will be received. I have reached out to the same service manager again but have yet to receive a response from her !!! More
