My salesman (Craig) was outstanding, no high pressure sales tactics, very honest and transparent. He answered questions and was so helpful throughout the process. The manager was nice as well. HORRIBLE Experience! ! The WORST After searching for a certain truck for months. I found one on McGovern’s website. I drove 3 hours to go see it. I wanted to buy. I pai ! The WORST After searching for a certain truck for months. I found one on McGovern’s website. I drove 3 hours to go see it. I wanted to buy. I paid their asking price, signed the paperwork and gave them a deposit. In my mind it was a done deal. NOT McGovern, they sold the truck to somebody else the next day!
