Better than expected. After a quick, professional, "check in" for scheduled maintenance, I moved into the well stocked (snacks and beverages) lounge/waiting area. I was able to connect my business computer to the dealership's wifi and get 45 minutes of work done while I waited. When the maintenance was completed, a person called my name and personally explained the paperwork and service. The overall experience was excellent and I left with a freshly washed car on top of that. More
