I have been a customer of this dealership for 10 years. They have just lost my business. Brought my car in for a routine oil change first thing today and they never completed the service! Advisor can't even tell me if I will have my car tomorrow - on Christmas! Cosmo is completely unprofessional and rude. This seems to be standard procedure for Rallye - my last appointment was just for NYS inspection took 7 hours. Totally done being left stranded and guessing by this incompetence! More

Gave me a hard time about performing a mandated recall, then attributed the work done to the wrong vehicle, all the while providing the worst customer service possible. If I wasn’t there watching every sin then attributed the work done to the wrong vehicle, all the while providing the worst customer service possible. If I wasn’t there watching every single thing and checking every single move they made they would’ve screwed up everything. Service manager Christopher Blanco will answer this review by saying if I have any issues to give him a call, but I have repeatedly tried reaching out to him both by phone and in the dealership regarding many service issues I’ve had at this dealership and he continues to be “unavailable” when needed. Bought three cars here but severed ties. My advice, if you want a BMW, buy one somewhere else. More

This dealership was very helpful in assisting with servicing my car. My service provider was prompt, professional and efficient. The dealership is wonderful George Javier is the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with. He takes care of everything and responds to all my emails even on Sunday. Brett Hines in the repai sales representative that I have ever dealt with. He takes care of everything and responds to all my emails even on Sunday. Brett Hines in the repair department is amazing, he responds to all my calls and texts, even on his days off. They are the two employees that always exceeded all my expectations. More

I left my car for simple oil and fluid maintenance. When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they eve When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they even look at the car. Very disrespectful and pushy. Rushed me through the deal without even proposing a test drive or to come see car before hand. As a result my registration was accidentally linked to the wrong license plate. was threatening to take away the deal if i dont come in to sign docs on specific day. Overall horrible experience. He is lucky i didnt say anything due to him being old. More

I have watched this dealership, get worse and worse over the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relega the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relegated to just oil changes like a glorified Jiffy Lube to me. That’s a shame considering how good the service used to be. Last visit they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to tell me what the malfunction message was for. Just to tell me what it was for! No thanks. I just traded it in for an Audi. You guys need to reevaluate your policies on customer care and remember why people buy a BMW to begin with. More
