Why I could only give this experience 1 star. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my concerns regarding my recent service appointment at your dealership, as it did not meet t I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my concerns regarding my recent service appointment at your dealership, as it did not meet the standard of service I have come to expect from Nissan. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I arrived early at 9:00 AM. However, I did not receive any updates on the inspection until 12:52 PM via text. I attempted to decline two recommended services but encountered issues with the system and was unable to proceed to the third item. After refreshing and retrying, I responded to the message, requesting only an oil change. Unfortunately, I did not receive a timely response and had to call the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle. While the person who assisted me confirmed that my vehicle was ready, there was no communication about the Lyft service until I asked. Upon arriving at the dealership, my vehicle was not in the waiting area, and a porter had to retrieve it. Additionally, when I received my bill, it included an additional service that I had declined. I showed the advisor a screenshot of my text declining the service, and he proceeded to contact the original service provider for clarification. While waiting, a supervisor asked about the situation, and I explained the issue. She kindly offered to discount the additional service, but I declined and requested it be removed, as I had limited time to pick up my child. They ultimately waived the charge and corrected the bill. Lastly, I would like to mention that the Lyft vehicle sent to me was in poor condition, with cobwebs, animal hair, and an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. This is not reflective of the high level of service I am used to at this location. I hope these concerns can be addressed to prevent future issues and ensure a smoother experience for other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
