I have been bringing the car there for service since I bought it. Every time I’d bring it they would say no problem car looks great! Then I bring it in this time for an inspection and the battery visit dying. All of a sudden the frame is rusted and the car is worth nothing. I have spoken to many many people about this scenario and not one person I have asked thinks this is ok. I dont know anything about cars but I trusted your people. Obviously I shouldn’t have. How could all of a sudden the car rust out? Im sorry but New England salt on the roads is corrosive but no hints or indications anything was happening?? You guys are crooks. More

I brought my truck in for a recall service but also had a request. I was trying to find out how to fold down the back seat in my 1500. I explained that to the service writer. The overall recall service took about 30 minutes and, when it was done, the service tech came in to give me my keys and explain everything to me, including that the back of the back seat doesn't fold down but then explained how to install car seats.
