After more then ten years of servicing my cars, I was extremely disappointed in the way my appointment was handled. I bought my car in at 8.30am for a recall and when I called at noon to see if it was re extremely disappointed in the way my appointment was handled. I bought my car in at 8.30am for a recall and when I called at noon to see if it was ready, they told me because I didn't wait for car it would be done at the end of day. So much for making an appointment. They never told me that, when my car was dropped off. I spent $56,000.00 on a car and was treated extremely poorly. More

Dealership is fine, I have no issues with them. My issue is with Honda USA. Not only did you not repair my bed liner (still under warranty) but you didn’t offer any compensation for my complaint. I My issue is with Honda USA. Not only did you not repair my bed liner (still under warranty) but you didn’t offer any compensation for my complaint. I ended up buying a cover for the bed so I don’t have to look at it anymore. Or have people ask me what’s wrong with it and why hasn’t Honda done anything about it. Cole and Lou at the dealer helped me out but Honda USA did squat. My wife was unsure whether to purchase a CRV or a Nissan Rogue. After this experience she opted for the Rogue and is far happier than I am. Thanks for nothing Honda USA. Does Honda Japan know how you take care of your customers? More
