Terrible place to purchase a car, no customer service. Traded car in 75 days ago and Its still not paid off. Called for help and nothing is getting done. Cody was great. We went to finance and was told about the deal we accepted signed all papers. Then waiting on the tag to come we noticed additional inquiries on or c We went to finance and was told about the deal we accepted signed all papers. Then waiting on the tag to come we noticed additional inquiries on or credit. We thought someone hacked our credit. Then we got a text saying that the bank wanted a different interest rate. Which is whatever. But I would think finance would contact us before running a credit check again. I was pretty xxxxxx of that there was no contact and y'all did this without notifying us first. If this car wasn't for a 16 year old and she was so excited she got a car I would have returned it and went to another dealer. Unfortunately we won't buy another car or recommend this dealership. Communication is key and we were let down. More

The first sales person I experienced was rude, ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of ma ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of manager when came out when I demanded the salesperson to leave me alone was barely better and almost caused me to leave the dealership. Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch. The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization. The other two would be of better service in a position that never has human contact. More
