Joe gave us a complete tour of the beautiful W&L Subaru facility. Joe had our new Crystal Black Subaru Crosstrek Premium prepared and detailed and introduced us to Preston Endy, W&L Subaru Delivery Specialist who educated us on all of the wonderful features of our new W&L Subaru Crosstrek. We are so very pleased with our buying experience at W&L Subaru. The gorgeous W&L Subaru dealership complex is without a doubt the place to go for your next Subaru. We had experienced the excellent W&L Subaru dealership service department in the past for work on our old Subaru Forester. We knew that we were going to purchase our next Subaru at W&L Subaru. W&L Subaru would not honor a manufacturer safety recall required by federal law. The service manager did not understand the legal differences between warranty and recall work. He made false claims about th required by federal law. The service manager did not understand the legal differences between warranty and recall work. He made false claims about the condition of my vehicle as excuses of the reasoning for not performing work. Clearly the service manager did not understand the technicalities of PA safety inspection or federal recall laws. Additionally, even though I scheduled a specific date and time for the service to be performed, the car sat there for 2-3 days after the schedule time until they informed me they would not be performing any services. Finally, I received a text link to a video of "my vehicles inspection", but this was for another vehicle! They didn't even do a visual inspection of my car. More
