Service Advisor Clayvius was helpful in communicating the service needs for my Forester. Some repairs could not be completed the same day and staff coordinated to provide a loaner vehicle. Service on my vehicle was completed the next day as expected. Staff have always been polite and helpful on my visits and the facility is a very pleasant one in which to wait. More

I have been going to the same service center at this dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show up after 5 to 10 minutes to begin what is described as an "express service" oil change (which also exceeded an hour), I can only warrant an average rating at best.
