My experience has always been great! I was able to get everything completed for repairs. I did have to come back for a piece that they said they will call me when it came in stock back i I was able to get everything completed for repairs. I did have to come back for a piece that they said they will call me when it came in stock back in December 2023 and never got called, and they forgot about that which was a little disappointing since it was $7 part… As well, I requested an estimate on my car during the work being done on my vehicle and it wasn’t done and was forgot about. I was eager to get this done to get a new vehicle. I was asked to get it done after I brought it up when picking up my car but I didn’t want to wait, nor have a rushed appraisal. More
