Friendly, welcoming, low-pressure, accommodating, quick! Salesman Greg helped me out with the sales process and was so nice! Discovered a flat tire in my garage. Inflated it and called the service department. They said, bring it in and took care of it within an hour. We moved here from the Chicago area 13 years ago and the service department has been taken care of are too accurate since then. I’ve recommended Dublin accurate to a number of my friends, mostly based on the service department to experience and just had a neighbor buy a used vehicle from them about a year ago. He had an issue with something and they fixed it for free because he only owned the car for a few months. Fantastic dealership and terrific service department. More

Service dept. is top-notch. They took good care of my RDX for 14 years. It was time for a new vehicle and my salesperson, Tracy, went above and beyond, answering is top-notch. They took good care of my RDX for 14 years. It was time for a new vehicle and my salesperson, Tracy, went above and beyond, answering every question and making sure that I loved my ADX before letting me sign. Kudos to Jon and Ian as well, for doing much more than what was "required". More

My experience this past Saturday was not what I expect from Acura after several years (this is my 2nd leased vehicle) . It was disappointing & quite different from what I am used to. The only positive th from Acura after several years (this is my 2nd leased vehicle) . It was disappointing & quite different from what I am used to. The only positive things I can report are the young man who checked us in when we pulled up was nice & Todd hung around a few minutes past 2p to check me out. The vehicle service seems to be the standard.....Interesting that the paperwork says loaners are available for service over an hour, which mine was....but I was refused a loaner with the excuse that it was b/c of the servuce codes. 🤔 The Lyfts that transported us were best described as low quality. Both vehicles had issues, one of which could cause injury if not careful exiting the vehicle. They were vacuumed & free of trash, but visibly not clean (could see the dirt) Also MY vehicle was not vacuumed. I can totally understand not washing it since it was raining, but the interior could have still been vacuumed, as it should be according to the service paperwork. I say all of this b/c you need to be aware that The quality of customer service has gone down quite a bit from what I am used to from Acura & I'm seriously reconsidering renewing my lease here. More
