I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND AN TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SO TIGHT! More

Service team including the service manager are the biggest joke I’ve seen in my life and also pass ILLEGAL inspections. After being called out on the illegal inspection they passed, I was then threate biggest joke I’ve seen in my life and also pass ILLEGAL inspections. After being called out on the illegal inspection they passed, I was then threatened by service tec Andrew that he would no longer be putting my part in under warranty that needed repair. After already stating when I first sat with this punk that it was indeed covered under warranty. So since he was put on the hot seat when I asked for the name of the person whom passed my husband’s inspection and shouldn’t have, he got awfully offended (as any guilty person would) and said he wouldn’t give the name (that I have now thanks to my husband’s inspection papers)😉 and also now he wasn’t going to cover the job on my car under Toyota’s warranty…didn’t know we can pick and choose when to follow that. The whole funny part about this is someone is supposed to be his manager and not once did that person come to the customer (me) to discuss this after seeing and hearing there was clearly a problem going on. More

I’m on my 5th RAV4 trading every 3. NYE Toyota service is the best! I’ve only had 1 service call other than routine maintenance in 15 + years. Friendly professional staff, always keep NYE Toyota service is the best! I’ve only had 1 service call other than routine maintenance in 15 + years. Friendly professional staff, always keep me informed of progress and explain findings. Staff explain expected costs before work was done on recent problems on my vehicle. More
