I called him prior to my coming into the dealership, he had the car (Q40) all ready for me, and then explained the differences between the G37 and the Q40. In a few hours, I left the dealership in my new Q40!! He is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Friends and colleagues have asked me why another Infiniti, and I replied why not! I think it is one of the best cars manufactured, and it fits my small frame!! What a joy it is to not be afraid when driving because I know that I am in a safe and reliable vehicle.
