I recently brought my Acura Integra to Southern Acura Newport News for a steering gearbox replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service team, especially Kevin and Cisc Newport News for a steering gearbox replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service team, especially Kevin and Cisco, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and ensured my vehicle was ready on the stated completion date. It’s clear that the service advisors take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Not to mention, this was all accomplished as the service team was re-transitioning back to their original dealership location! More

I had a 12pm appointment that I believed was going to be at a satellite dealership after Southern Acura had an issue in their service bay. After being redirected by the secondary dealership Southern Acura h at a satellite dealership after Southern Acura had an issue in their service bay. After being redirected by the secondary dealership Southern Acura honored my 12 pm appointment which they didn’t have to since I technically didn’t make the appointment at that dealership but they are the ones I purchased my car from and it was very nice to be treated as a priority so that I could get in an out and continue with my day. Thank you to Cisco and his team as well as Jessica for completing my service quickly and without any hassle. More
