John was very patient with an ongoing issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. Although the issue was difficult for the team to identify - he continued to work with me as I provided videos of the sp experiencing with my vehicle. Service team is personable but be ready to spend a couple grand every time you come in for service. Once the car is out of warranty they find expensive things to fix. Don’t let them replace your wiper blades grand every time you come in for service. Once the car is out of warranty they find expensive things to fix.
