I thought that you should know what a great team you have. We first met your sales representative Daniel on a Saturday night (2/3) around 8:30 p.m. We were coming back from a dealership, (whose name I w have. We first met your sales representative Daniel on a Saturday night (2/3) around 8:30 p.m. We were coming back from a dealership, (whose name I will not mention), where they pursed very hard sales tactics on us to purchase the vehicle that we were interested in. After a couple of hours we came to an impasse and we left. On the way to meet our son my wife spotted your vehicle on the web so. We decided to stop and take a quick look. That is where we had the pleasure to meet Daniel. He was polite and professional and did not put any pressure on us to purchase the vehicle. We knew it was closing time at your dealership and told Daniel that we need to let him go home. He was very kind and stated he had no where to go and wanted to make sure all our questions were answered. We talked about the vehicle, took the vehicle for a test drive and finalized the deal. We both knew what our objectives met each others outcomes with total satisfaction. We ended up leaving that night in our new vehicle and in a relax and happy moodwith no regrets. The following Monday I was at your Finance Department to sign the paperwork. This is where I met Ricardo. He was also an extreme pleasure to work with. He was able to find a better rate for me, hook me up with a 2 year maintanice plan for my vehicle and still save me a few hundred dollars in the process. He explained everything to me in layman's terms so there was no doubt in what I was agreeing to. Ricardo was very personal and a pleasure to work with. I commend you on your hiring practices with these two employees for they are the cream of the crop in my opinion. It was truly a fun experience to purchase a vehicle from your business and I will tell my story to my friends on how I was treated very well and with respect. The only things that I would improve on is that the vehicle was very dirty, the outside still had a lot of the inventory stickers on the outside of the vehicle along with the interior windows needed to be cleaned and the gas tank would be filled. Since It has been a while since I purchased a vehicle I thought this was the norm to have these items (Car detailed & a full tank of gas) added as an extra when you purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I thought that since I was there on Monday awaiting to sign the paperwork these items might be taken care of but were not. In turn this was a fun experience for my wife and I to detail this vehicle since I got to spray her and our dog with the water hose even though it was not pretty and the end for me :). Again thank you and your Staff for making this a fun experiencer all parties involved. More

I bought a 2021 Highlander. My car had problems with the breaks , we didn’t notice in the test drive because was raining and the test drive was for a little time. I went a coupl My car had problems with the breaks , we didn’t notice in the test drive because was raining and the test drive was for a little time. I went a couple of times to the dealership to explain, and I was told the rotors were going to be changed, and the tires were going to be review, they only changed 2 rotors with the cheapest. Tires continue the same and I have to buy new ones because is not 100 % save. They think that I wouldn’t notice only 2 rotors were changed. I was told to call if I continue with problems, I emailed 2 times and I haven’t received any response. Customer service was horrible. Don’t buy cars from there. And read very well the paperwork, some extra dealership fees were included. About $3000 more than expected , which included inspection that in other words I paid to have a car with breaks problems and not good tires. 😫 More
