I’m used to deal with a lot of people every single day, and this is a clear exemple of bad actions I can carry for life. When somebody ask me when and where I was treated bad, this place and this person is gonna be the one ALWAYS in my memory, how humiliating and devastating the experience with this person was. Some people has bad days we all know that, but since you’re up front of a serious company, this attitude should not exist, at all. He actually doesn’t know how to handle situation saying that there’s nobody above him. I’ve never seen that. More

If it wasn't for Javier there wouldn't have been a deal. The salesperson I had was not interested in explaining the figures etc just wanted a sale! Javier had to step in. Sales rep didnt take anytime to explain the car!! He then forgot to attach license plate so I had to drive 40 mins back the next day to have it put on the car.
