Best car buying experience, ever! '11 MB E350 Cabriolet After driving buy for several days, I decided to stop in and look at vehicle that was on the lot. I was greeted by Tim Goelz. He was very personable a After driving buy for several days, I decided to stop in and look at vehicle that was on the lot. I was greeted by Tim Goelz. He was very personable and upfront about the vehicle. After taking it for a test drive, we went into the office to talk numbers. To my surprise, the owner, Wayne Hawksworth and Tim informed me the vehicle had a minor issue and suggested I not buy it. Wow! That was amazing, in my opinion. With that being said, I new I would return if there was another vehicle there I would be interested in. A few weeks later, they had a Mercedes Benz E350 Cabriolet on the lot. I stopped and talked to Tim. He highly recommended the car. I was unsure about it but Tim went above and beyond to convince me. He, Chuck Warfield and Wayne talked to me about the car and it's value. They even suggested I talk to the service manager, Ed Lentz who owns a few and has a wealth of experience with Mercedes Benz vehicles. After all that, I bought the car. Best decision by far. I would recommend to anyone to go to Thornton first when looking for a car. The people are great and the facility is top notch. Thanks! Carl H. More

Awesome Service Was in the market for a 4 wheel drive, we live in the Dover area and pass by Thornton everyday. Very Impressed! On Saturday we went in the afternoon to look at a truck we found online. We were on the lot maybe 5 min before a man came and asked us if we needed an On Saturday we went in the afternoon to look at a truck we found online. We were on the lot maybe 5 min before a man came and asked us if we needed any help. I had spoke with Tim on the phone the day before and let the man know this. He went and got Tim for us and within 10 min we were test driving a truck! Never did i think that night we would drive off the lot with a new to us vehicle, But we did!!! The whole processes took a little bit more time than usual but that was because it was a satuday at almost 5 Pm and the loan offices (banks) were closing. Thornton stayed open for us and were very friendly even though they were to close at 5pm but we were there past 6!!! Tim was very friendly and down to earth and made us feel like we got the VIP treatment! Never did we feel rushed or pressured! This experience was very pleasant and non stressful!!!! We will be back to purchase my car in the future! More
