Finance Department We have leased many cars from this dealership over the years. Our sales person Chuck and one of the Managers Joseph Scribellito have both had several phones call and e-mails sent to them and they have NOT returned any calls or e-mail. It is so sad that a dealership like this that we have had a good experience turn so bad. It is true that customer service is DEAD!!! Simply amazing that your finance department was NOT willing to take a little bit of extra time and help a long time customer not to even say that a customer that is disabled too. Not only will we be contacting Mr. Catena to let him know of the treatment and lack of service we received we will take our business to a car company that wants our business sorry that we took up your time you weren't doing us any favors and thanks for showing your true colors as a dealership all over a phone call with your finance department and Mercedes Benz Financial. Why was the other dealership able to do it and NOT yours because you are too lazy. More

Shopping experience This was the most pleasurable car shopping experience I have ever had. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Most times I feel like I am being held hos This was the most pleasurable car shopping experience I have ever had. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Most times I feel like I am being held hostage by the salesperson but at this dealership there was a feeling that they actually cared about you. There was no badgering about what I wanted my payments to be or what was my budget. I was asked about what car I was interested in, offered a test drive, and we then sat down to discuss the deal. Very painless and pleasurable. I have been at other dealerships where I have been there for 4 to 5 hours trying to make a deal on a car. I think this is designed to wear you down until you agree to anything just to get out of there. At this dealership there was nothing like this. I was in and out, with deal in hand, in a little over an hour. Would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone and I know I will definitely go back again. More

Let say first of all I went in on Saturday browsing not sure if I really was in the market for a car, then I met Chuck and by Tuesday we had a new mercedes benz being delivered on a tow truck in my drivewa sure if I really was in the market for a car, then I met Chuck and by Tuesday we had a new mercedes benz being delivered on a tow truck in my driveway. Unbelievable, I got to day Chuck is a true professional in sales, not aggressive but confident in presenting the car for purchase. And the kicker is he is searching for another car for my wife now. He makes so easy, and I would recommend Chuck to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. To end I have bought all my cars from Ray Catena's dealerships. A new LX470 from Oakhurst and not to mention their service department is the best. Thanks and keep up the wonderful service. William Mckenzie More

I am writing to commend him on the level of customer service that I received and continue to receive from Ray Catena as a consequence of Mr. Luciano's professionalism and attention to the highest level of customer care. The transaction was effortless without Mr. Luciano resorting to any type of hard sell tactics. Any questions or issues regarding the car, Chuck has been available to provide support and answers. Simply stated, in the future, I will not purchase or lease a Mercedes from any other dealership other than Ray Catena, and I will continue to recommend the dealership and Chuck to friends and family interested in purchasing a vehicle. Chuck Luciano is a pro who makes the best deals for Ray Catena's MB customers. We compared other cars, Porsche Panamera, with the MB S550, discussed when MB will re-make the S model sedans, discussed price Catena's MB customers. I wanted a Blue Capri MB S 550 4 Matic with certain options and packages. The car simply was not readily available, not at Ray Catena's dealership or any where else in the Northeast. After searching, a car was found at a great price. No deception, no tricky hidden charges. Just the truth. The service portion of the Catena dealership, makes ownership a great after-sales experience. Knowledgeable and trusting staff , who actually work with their customers and keep the MB cars humming.
