Also, we thought we had a working trade and then were told you all were offering us $500. less for our vehicle. We said yes to the “Lo Jack”, but when we had time to think about it, we decided we didn’t want it at all. When we called to see if it could be changed, we got the run around from staff. We were told someone would call, but we had to keep calling Rohrman because our calls were ignored. We still haven’t heard from the General Manager whom we were told he would call us. We are very disappointed in the integrity and respect of your staff.
