My husband brought my jeep in for an oil change & inspection last minute and the girls there were phenomenal! They got him in & out in a reasonable time. I wouldn’t trust any other dealer with my veh inspection last minute and the girls there were phenomenal! They got him in & out in a reasonable time. Vehicle was serviced five times since December 2024 at the Nye dealership. Total cost was over $2,000. Each time released as repaired and driven less than 600 miles total in seven months. Vehicle had t the Nye dealership. Total cost was over $2,000. Each time released as repaired and driven less than 600 miles total in seven months. Vehicle had to be towed back to dealership twice during this time. Last service completed and vehicle picked up on July 23rd, 2025. Work completed was new PCM installed, battery replaced, and negative battery terminal replaced to ensure a good ground. Final statement on receipt “Installed new PCM per aftermarket instructions. Found multiple codes against app values. Cleared codes. Verified vehicle starts and no codes.” Vehicle driven home on July 23rd from Nye, 3 total miles. The next day vehicle driven 13 miles and placed in garage. Five minutes later the vehicle’s engine compartment was engulfed in flames. Luckily quick thinking allowed the vehicle to be pushed out saving the house. This happened less than 24 hours after and 20 miles after being received from Nye. Vehicle was a total loss. Fire department and two mechanics state it was an electrical fire on the left side of engine where the battery and grounding area is. Nye stated it was not their fault and will not take responsibility. More

Service was excellent! !! IT WOULD of been nice for NYE to help me out on bill .being the car only had 70000 miles and with blown head gaskets... I called Chrysler themselve !! IT WOULD of been nice for NYE to help me out on bill .being the car only had 70000 miles and with blown head gaskets... I called Chrysler themselves and filed a complaint about cars problem...Chrysler did pick up $4400 of bill which was awesome of Chrysler, overall im pleased ..still sucks I had to pay $3000 but definitely better than $7400 More
