Thank you for choosing Rallye BMW for your service needs! I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Upon picking my car up for yet another recall repair, my 760 was covered in bird droppings & mechanic grease all over my white interior car. The worst BMW dealer in the tri state area. Had my $150,000 i7 repaired for $10,000 of damage. Car took over a month to repair. When complete they stated at checkout that payment would only be via a bank check. This, despite a giant sign saying they accept American Express cards in their lobby. When I pointed that out they said "only up to $2,500"--despite it not saying that anywhere and despite them taking a $15,000 deposit for the same car on my American Express. I offered up a number of solutions--none of which they would accept. Finally, I had to spend 90 mins sending a wire to their back office and for their finance people to "find it" to get my car. Oh, and the car wasn't washed nor was it charged. A Ford would be a better car. A bunch of crooks. AVOID AT ALL COST. More
