The whole time he was talking, I couldn't help but think what is up with this guy? He was trying to sell me a brand new vehicle when I had already stated that wasn't what I wanted. If I could I would give him no stars but he would get a one star if his name had been listed on the previous page. Thankfully the GM, Seth, put a stop to that. I don't remember meeting him to thank him in person, so thank you Seth! Five stars to you! I gave Serra Kia 4 stars because initially I came in to see the yellow Kia Soul because the pictures online made it look wonderful. However, upon arrival I looked at that particular vehicle and was extremely disappointed by what I saw. The pictures were misleading. Actually, I almost left. However, I decided to talk with Chris and am very glad I did. Not only did I end up with a really great vehicle, I made a friend in the process.
