Stuck in Chicago! We are from Southern Illinois and we're taking a weekend trip to Chicago. We were about 50 miles south of Chicago when we unfortunately pumped bad fue We are from Southern Illinois and we're taking a weekend trip to Chicago. We were about 50 miles south of Chicago when we unfortunately pumped bad fuel at an interstate-side gas station. We barely made it to the city, and once we made it to the hotel, our car wouldn't start anymore. We had our car towed to McGrath after calling and explaining our situation. The people at the dealership were so nice and pushed our repair up so we could get home sooner. I can not express how great the employees, especially Christine and the ladies at the service desk, were to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! More

Since I am a low mileage driver Christine Tonelli suggested that an oil change also be done. I was in and out quickly with my tire pressure adjusted,recall completed and oil change in a timely fashion. Great Service!!!! I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata on a Saturday night and Sarge was the salesman he was very helpful and helped me with the car I saw online. The dealer I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata on a Saturday night and Sarge was the salesman he was very helpful and helped me with the car I saw online. The dealer was closing and Sarge took me for a test drive and I ended up buying the car. I went back to get a key and Fob I checked in with Christine she went above and beyond to help me. I did not have an appointment and she still told me I can get the key fob done within half an hour. I would go back to McGrath because of great employees like Christine. If you are looking for a car this would be the place to get it. More
